ZARA and Butterbear transformed a Shanghai landmark into “Butterbear Academy,” a playful school-themed pop-up. Nike x LEGO Playroom at Fanatics Fest by Hotel Creative, NYC.
The Nike x LEGO Playroom at Fanatics Fest NYC transformed retail into pure play. Designed by Hotel Creative, it fused Nike’s passion for youth sport with LEGO’s creative spirit. Guests moved from a fiery basketball court with oversized LEGO bricks and design challenges, to a calm blue zone for custom jerseys and minifigure trading cards, all inside a giant glowing Nike shoebox. An immersive, interactive brand world done right.

Lacoste’s “Fall Winter 2025 – Chapter 1” on Paris’s Champs-Élysées is a masterclass in immersive retail. Neon-lit tennis courts, life-sized trees, and a crocodile sculpture made of foliage blur indoor and outdoor worlds.
