CNC Agency reimagined the traditional beauty counter with the Yves Saint Laurent Beauty Lovestore, a high-fashion "bodega" pop-up. This neon-lit space transformed the corner store aesthetic into a luxury discovery zone for the new Lovenude collection, blending street-style grit with Parisian glam across Virginia, Miami, and San Diego.

Visitors engaged with a curated playground featuring beauty gumball machines, receipt photo booths, and full vanity looks from on-site MUAs. The experience centred on tactile product trial and community engagement, offering a fast-paced take on luxury retail that felt both accessible and exclusive.
To bridge the gap between discovery and purchase, the activation was strategically positioned steps away from Sephora. This clever placement turned high-energy foot traffic and social content into immediate sales, proving that the future of beauty is immersive, localised, and shoppable.
