adidas Hybrid Hotel reimagines the future of brand experiences by transforming Caxton Works, East London, into an immersive recovery destination for athletes and fitness enthusiasts. Combining performance, wellness and hospitality, the activation offered access to red-light therapy, sound lounges, nutrition, coaching and adidas’ exclusive Circuit Suite. More than a pop-up, the Hybrid Hotel created a meaningful space where innovation, recovery and community came together to redefine how brands connect with consumers.

Nike Women’s King’s Road store redefines women’s retail by creating a space where performance, fashion and community come together. Designed around the modern female athlete, the London destination blends premium product, personalised services and immersive storytelling to celebrate movement, confidence and self-expression. More than a retail space, the concept creates an empowering environment that connects Nike’s heritage of sport with the evolving needs of women today.

Blank Street’s Post Room pop-up transformed everyday errands into a playful brand experience, reimagining the traditional post office through the lens of coffee culture. Created with Backlash, the Soho activation invited visitors to send parcels, capture passport photos and write letters to their future selves, all while enjoying Blank Street’s signature drinks and branded touches. By turning routine tasks into moments of delight, the Post Room showcased how experiential retail can create meaningful, shareable connections.

Dr. Martens’ The Art of Comfort experience at The Outernet London celebrated the craftsmanship, heritage and innovation behind the iconic footwear brand. Bringing comfort and creativity together, the immersive activation invited visitors to explore the stories, materials and design details behind Dr. Martens’ latest innovations. Through engaging installations and sensory experiences, the event created a deeper connection between product, culture and community, highlighting the brand’s enduring influence on self-expression and style.

Marc Jacobs’ Daisy Wild Eau So Intense pop-up brought a vibrant floral escape to Covent Garden, celebrating fragrance through immersive design, sensory discovery and playful storytelling. Featuring a striking oversized Daisy bottle, real flower meadow and woodland-inspired displays, the experience invited visitors into the world of the fragrance through engaging product moments and shareable installations. Blending beauty, nature and creativity, the activation created a memorable destination that connected consumers with the Daisy Wild universe.

Loewe Perfumes’ The Crafted Garden pop-up at Selfridges’ Corner Shop invited visitors into a sensory world where fragrance, nature and craftsmanship came together. Inspired by Renaissance gardens, the immersive experience featured winding pathways, botanical details, oversized installations and opportunities to explore the brand’s distinctive scents. Blending art, storytelling and discovery, the activation created a captivating retail moment that celebrated LOEWE’s connection to creativity, craftsmanship and the natural world.

Prada and Miu Miu’s Liberty London takeover brought the brands’ distinctive identities to life through a striking window and in-store experience. Featuring bold visual displays, considered styling and immersive brand details, the activation created a captivating destination for fashion discovery. Blending heritage, creativity and contemporary design, the takeover showcased the power of retail environments to inspire engagement and create memorable moments for luxury consumers.

Laneige’s first UK pop-up in Covent Garden Piazza brought K-beauty innovation to life through an immersive hydration-focused experience. Celebrating the launch of the Bouncy & Firm skincare range, the activation combined expert consultations, product discovery and playful interactive moments, including photo-ready installations, Milk Boba Teas and exclusive rewards. Blending education, engagement and sensory design, the pop-up created a welcoming destination that connected visitors with Laneige’s skincare philosophy.

L’Oréal Paris’ Worth It Café celebrated the brand’s iconic “Because I’m Worth It” legacy through an immersive International Women’s Day experience. Blending Parisian-inspired design with storytelling, the pop-up featured a café, cinema, reading nook and interactive moments exploring the brand’s heritage and female empowerment. By combining culture, conversation and community engagement, the activation created a meaningful destination that celebrated self-worth while inspiring connection both in-person and online.

HOKA’s Run Stop Corner Shop brought the energy of running culture into an immersive East London retail experience. Inspired by the familiarity of a local corner shop, the activation invited visitors to use branded “Hokens” to shop for running essentials before discovering the hidden FlyLab innovation space, featuring the latest Bondi 9 footwear. Combining product discovery, community events and playful engagement, the experience created a destination that celebrated runners of all levels.
