Veuve Clicquot illuminated Milan Design Week with "Chasing the Sun," an immersive takeover of the Mediateca Santa Teresa. Created in collaboration with "Architect of Joy" Yinka Ilori, the installation celebrated the sun as a universal symbol of optimism. Visitors were invited into a vibrant world defined by Ilori’s signature bold colours and patterns, all rooted in the Maison’s iconic "Clicquot Yellow" and two centuries of solar identity.

The experience extended into the Clicquot Café, where the brand’s art de vivre was translated into a curated culinary journey. Chef Andrea Mattasoglio designed an all-day menu that mirrored Ilori’s graphic language, featuring sun-inspired dishes like the "Solaire Burger" and a sun-shaped trompe-l’œil dessert. Each dish was meticulously paired with the Maison’s iconic cuvées to create a seamless dialogue between high-concept design and refined gastronomy.
More than just a gallery, the activation featured an exclusive collection of audacious objects designed for communal joy. By blending Ilori’s multidisciplinary artistry with the Maison’s heritage, Veuve Clicquot created a multisensory sanctuary in the heart of Milan that reinforced the power of togetherness and the warmth of the sun.
