A pop-up usually borrows a brand's existing language and shrinks it. Tiffany & Co.'s new São Paulo location does the opposite, handing its identity to designer Humberto Campana and letting an entirely different creative hand reshape it, one woven wicker strand at a time.

The facade alone is doing serious storytelling work before a visitor even crosses the threshold. Woven wicker, dyed in the brand's signature blue, curves across the exterior in forms drawn from ocean waves and the pale, water-streaked dunes of the Lençóis Maranhenses, wrapping the store in something closer to a sculpted object than a shopfront. Step through the entrance and that same material continues inward, forming a sculptural portal that physically connects one space to the next, guiding a visitor's path through the store the way a threshold connects rooms in a home rather than aisles in a shop.
Custom furniture and pieces from Studio Campana's Sushi collection extend the material language further still, so wicker isn't a decorative flourish applied once at the entrance and abandoned, it's the connective tissue running through the entire experience. Campana himself frames the intent precisely: an intimate format, a woven jewellery box a visitor can actually step inside. That single image, jewellery box rather than showroom, explains every material choice in the space. Scale gives way to intimacy, and a house built on precious, small-scale craft gets an environment that finally matches that scale physically rather than displaying it inside an oversized room.
