H&M Lets a Giant Pierced Head Do the Talking in Seongsu.

A storefront usually announces a collection. H&M's Seongsu flagship announces a mood instead, greeting the street with a giant pierced head, tattooed hands, and an oversized tattooed rabbit before a single garment enters the conversation.

The collaboration with artist MLMA, built around characters Aye and Kuroo, works because it refuses to treat the store as a backdrop for her art rather than a genuine extension of it. The façade spills straight into the ground floor, then continues through a "Secret Chamber" and up to a third level, each floor conceived as its own emotional register, deepening with every step the way a descent into Wonderland might. That structure matters more than the individual sculptures do.
